Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask Peekgentic Technologies LLC to delete any personal data we hold about you at any time. This includes data we received through our Instagram analytics app ("peek"), such as comments you left on our posts or direct messages you sent to our Instagram account, and anything you gave us through our website, email or call booking.

How to request deletion

1. Email us at stevenlaw@peekgentic.com with the subject line "Data deletion request".
2. Tell us how to find your data. Include the email address you used with us and, if it applies, your Instagram username. You do not need to explain why.
3. We delete it and confirm. We will delete your data from our systems and confirm by email within 30 days. If the law requires us to keep any record, we will tell you what we kept and why.

Removing our app's access on Instagram

Our "peek" app only connects to Peekgentic's own Instagram account, so it has no access to your account to remove. If you commented on or messaged our account, the steps above are the way to have that data deleted from our systems. You can also delete your own comments or messages in Instagram at any time.
