These terms apply when you use peekgentic.com, book a call with us, or interact with Peekgentic Technologies LLC ("Peekgentic", "we", "us") through our website, email or social media accounts. By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Who we are
Peekgentic Technologies LLC is a Texas limited liability company based at 3305 Courtland Pl, Garland, TX 75040. We are an AI automation agency that designs and builds custom automation for businesses. You can reach us at stevenlaw@peekgentic.com.
Our services
The website describes what we do and lets you book a call. It is not an offer to provide any particular service at any particular price. Any project we carry out for you will be governed by a separate written agreement, such as a statement of work. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.
Using the website
You agree not to:
- use the website for anything unlawful, or to send spam or harmful content;
- try to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to the website or our systems;
- scrape or copy the website's content at scale, or pass it off as your own;
- submit false information or impersonate someone else in our forms.
Things you send us
When you submit a form, answer our booking questions, send a testimonial, email us, or comment on or message our social media accounts, you confirm you have the right to share that content. If you submit a testimonial, you allow us to publish it on our website and marketing materials in line with the attribution preference you chose, until you ask us to remove it.

Intellectual property
The website, including its text, design, logos, demos and code, belongs to Peekgentic or its licensors. You may view it and share links to it. You may not copy, modify or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission. Other companies' names and logos shown on the website belong to their owners.
Demos and examples
The demos, figures and examples on the website illustrate what our work can do. They are not guarantees of results for your business, which depend on your systems, data and processes.
Third-party services
The website links to and uses services run by others, such as Calendly for booking and LinkedIn for our profiles. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
No warranty
The website is provided "as is" and "as available". We try to keep it accurate and online, but we do not promise that it will always be available, error-free or up to date, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Peekgentic is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the website. Our total liability for any claim relating to the website is limited to US$100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Indemnity
If you break these terms and that causes a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs we incur as a result.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute relating to these terms or the website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you and we both consent to those courts' jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated at the top. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
